You can request deletion of personal data Ion Intent holds about you from WhatsApp conversations and related order processing.
How to request deletion
- Send a WhatsApp message to our business number from the same phone number you used with Ion Intent, with the text: Delete my data
- Or email hello@ionintent.com from an address you can verify, including your WhatsApp phone number in international format (e.g. +91…).
What we delete
After verifying your request, we delete or anonymise conversation history and order-related data associated with your WhatsApp number from our systems, except where we must retain data for legal or security reasons.
Timing
We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days.
